All institutes linked to our system have access to review the involvement history of students and view shift-based feedback, roles & durations. Each position that is completed through our system is carefully recorded and added to the students’ involvement history.

Each educational institute, across Australia, has been granted access to our Educational Institute Portal. Through our tools we provide access to download a list of certified hours per student.

Each position that a student completes through our system is added to their involvement history, which contains the event / role / and duration of placement. This document can be downloaded by the student themselves through their login page as well as by staff who have access to the Education Institute Portal.

This document has been recognised by a number of institutes for course assessment and to prove the volunteer hours required for a number of students to meet course requirements.
