Outdated SMS Information: Solved!

Things are always changing in events… So what if we need to change something after it was sent via SMS? We’ve used tech to solve that problem.

When we update the meeting location on our system, it will automatically update all previously sent SMS messages – that’s right – even if they have already been received by your phone – in addition, it will prompt us to notify staff / vols if needed.

This allows us to limit the amount of messages we’re sending & to ensure that all staff / volunteers have the correct information at all times / no searching through correspondence for changes.
